Tens of thousands of dollars worth of crypto money was stolen from the victims who thought that Telegram had invested in the rumored 'Grams' money. While the telegram did not make an official announcement for an ICO, the users warned against sites set up for fraud.
Researchers at Kaspersky Lab have probably discovered dozens of sites belonging to the same group.
ICO warned: Do your homework. Always check the brand's official website to verify that the investment site is genuine.
