Schneider Electric has announced its new "Global Families Allowance" policy covering cases such as adoption, childbirth, elderly care and severe illness. The "Global Family Allowance" policy will enter into force in the United States, Mexico, China and India starting January 2018, and worldwide from January 2019. According to this; parents at primary level, natural childbirth and 12 weeks in case of adoption, and 2 weeks in secondary parents.
