"Today, H.E. Alparslan Bayraktar, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources met with Mr. Davit Khudatyan, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia, in Istanbul.
During the meeting, the Parties discussed possible ways of cooperation between Türkiye and Armenia in the energy sector."
