The Produced Water - 2 Project located in Basra, Iraq, which is the first EPC project in the oil and gas industry being undertaken by ENKA, reached the engineering progress completion rate of 52% whereas the overall completion rate of 15% as of 4 November 2020. The main works continuing on the project are engineering activities including development of design drawings, calculations, material requisitions, technical evaluations and equipment sizing. In addition, HAZOP and 30% design and model review have been completed successfully. The main equipment of the project, produced water treatment package, was awarded and engineering, procurement and fabrication works are being performed in accordance with work schedule. Procurement activities will be continued for local electrical room, air and nitrogen package. Currently, site activities are proceeding with early civil works-backfilling.
