Libyan
- We met with Mr. Ahmed Abu-Heisa, Libyan Minister of Industry and Mines, in Istanbul.
- During our meeting, we discussed opportunities to deepen our cooperation in areas ranging from mining to industrial infrastructure, technology transfer, investment and capacity building.
- We expressed our readiness to contribute to the effective and sustainable utilization of Libya's underground resources and to move forward together in the development process.
Syrian
- We had a fruitful meeting with the Syrian Minister of Energy, Mr. Mohammed al-Bashir, in Istanbul.
- We discussed technical support and cooperation opportunities to strengthen Syria's electricity and natural gas infrastructure in the post-war reconstruction process.
- As Türkiye, we expressed our readiness for any constructive cooperation that will contribute to strengthening regional stability and meeting the fundamental energy needs of the Syrian people.
Moldova
- We met with Mr. Dorin Junghietu, Minister of Energy of Moldova, in Istanbul.
- We evaluated cooperation opportunities in many areas, especially energy supply security, electricity and natural gas infrastructure, renewable energy and smart grid technologies.
- We aim to contribute to Moldova's energy transformation process with joint projects based on knowledge and experience sharing.
Iraqi
- We held a meeting with Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Petroleum Hayan Abdul Ghani on the margins of the Istanbul Natural Resources Summit.
- We evaluated the current projects in the field of oil and natural gas and discussed new steps to move our cooperation forward, especially in production, transmission and trade.
- We aim to further strengthen Türkiye-Iraq energy relations on the basis of mutual benefit and regional stability.
Niger
- We met with Mr. Ousmane Abarchi, Minister of Mines of Niger, who came to our country as part of the Istanbul Natural Resources Summit.
- We discussed in detail our cooperation in the field of mining in line with the memorandum of understanding we signed last year. We care about developing sustainable and strategic partnerships based on mutual gain in Africa.
- In this direction, we once again expressed our determination to take new steps in the fields of joint projects, technology transfer and investment with Niger.
