- ''In Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, we signed an Intergovernmental Agreement with my Saudi counterpart Mr. Abdulaziz bin Salman Al-Saud between the Government of the Republic of Türkiye and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Renewable Power Plant Projects.''

- ''Within the scope of the agreement, we aim to build solar and wind power plants with a total capacity of 5,000 MW in Türkiye with Saudi Arabian companies. As the first stage of this, we decided to implement SPP projects with a total capacity of 2,000 MW in our Sivas and Karaman provinces.''

- ''All of these investments, which we see as one of the most important examples of foreign direct investments for our energy sector, will be made through external financing. Loans will also be provided by international financial institutions.''

- ''Electricity will be purchased for 25 years over 1,995 euro cents from the power plant to be built in Karaman and 2,3415 euro cents from the power plant to be built in Sivas per kilowatt hour. These prices will bring the power plants to the fore with the lowest electricity sales price among the renewable energy plants built in Türkiye. In addition, the power plants will make a significant contribution to the electrical equipment and service sectors of our country with their 50% locality rate.''
