Main Responsibilities...Akkuy Nükleer is hiring Legal Counsel for Ankara - Türkiye!
● Prepare and review contracts mainly related to our procurement activities and check compliance with contracts and related documents according to the Company’s internal by-laws and Turkish judicial regulations.
● Advise our departments on various Turkish law matters by preparing internal legal opinion pieces and advisory documents.
● Draft and review Company’s labour law documents, including Company’s by-laws
● Conducting and managing Company’s lawsuits in all aspects.
Qualification
● Degree in Turkish Law
● Excellent expertise in Turkish civil, labor, and commercial law
● At least one year of in-house or other law firm experience as a corporate advisor.
● Excellent Legal language, writing and interpretation skills.
● Full professional proficiency in Turkish and English. (Russian language skills would be a plus)
