- KJ Power Generator Unveils Next-Generation Field Energy Solutions at SAHA Expo 2026: Indigenous Engineering, NATO Standards, International Deployment-Ready Portfolio. KJ Power Generator, a Turkish manufacturer of energy solutions for the defence industry, presented six next-generation products developed for military and critical field operations to senior Turkish and international delegations at SAHA Expo 2026.
KJ Power Generator, one of Türkiye's indigenously-owned energy technology manufacturers, presented its new generation of generators and mobile power systems developed for the demanding field requirements of the defence industry at SAHA Expo 2026. Throughout the exhibition, the company's stand was visited at a senior level by representatives of the Turkish Armed Forces, technical delegations from Türkiye's principal defence industry primes, and representatives of multiple NATO member states.
The product portfolio, developed end-to-end by Turkish engineering teams, delivers uninterrupted, transportable and efficient power solutions for military operations, mobile base areas, field communications, logistics support and critical infrastructure applications. The compact military generator systems, light mobile generators, shaft generator technologies, DC generator solutions and plug-in light towers exhibited by the company at SAHA Expo stood out across three priority dimensions: tactical mobility, environmental resilience and intelligent energy management.
In addition to its product portfolio, the company announced the deepening of its position in the international defence ecosystem through its Underwriters Laboratories (UL) certification, its ongoing next-generation manufacturing facility investment, and developments in its NATO and United Nations supplier registration processes.
Compact military generator engineered for extreme environments
Among the company's headline defence-grade solutions is the KJB110 Military-Type 110 kVA Compact Generator, developed to deliver uninterrupted power in critical operations. The system has been designed to operate as standard across the extreme climatic envelope of −35°C to +55°C.
Having completed LVAD (Low Velocity Air Drop) certification and capable of helicopter transport in active operating mode, the compact KJB110 supports direct deployment to operational areas, providing forces with immediate power capability. Once positioned on site, the system delivers up to eight hours of fully autonomous operation without external support, offering a strategic alternative for rapid deployment, temporary forward base establishment and operational sustainability.
Light mobile generator transportable by four personnel
The KJY13 Light Mobile Generator has been developed to respond rapidly to immediate field power requirements. Through its aluminium chassis structure and optimised drivetrain components, the system has been brought to under 130 kilograms in weight, designed to be carried manually by a four-person team. A dedicated radiator modification developed for desert and high-dust environments delivers reliable performance across diverse geographic conditions.
Shaft generator system without independent engine
Among KJ Power Generator's innovative technologies is the Shaft Generator System, which generates electrical power without an independent engine on board the unit itself. Drawing on the mechanical motion of host platforms — tanks, trucks and comparable vehicles — the system delivers power generation through integration with the vehicle's drive shaft. Offering material advantages in fuel economy, ease of maintenance and operational sustainability, the technology presents a robust independent power alternative for vehicle-mounted defence systems and mobile operations.
Intelligent modular power management: DC generators
Developed for telecommunications, critical infrastructure and strategic field applications, the DC Generator Series offers 7 kW and 11 kW power options in a compact format weighing under 100 kilograms. Through electronic load management, the system delivers only the power required at any given moment, optimising fuel consumption. A software-based synchronisation architecture enables multiple units to operate in parallel without the need for external synchronisation panels.
Engine-free and silent illumination: plug-in light tower
With its fully electric architecture, requiring neither engine nor battery pack, the Plug-in Light Tower delivers operational flexibility through silent operation, low weight and ease of transport. Equipped with four 300W LED floodlights as standard for wide-area illumination, the system also accommodates higher-intensity requirements through an optional 400W projector configuration. Multiple towers may be paralleled through a single power source; optional configurations include camera and PA systems, anemometer, pan-tilt motor and hybrid battery support.
Military hybrid generator
With a broad operational envelope spanning military operations, construction sites, events, mining and disaster zones, the KJ Power Military Hybrid Generator delivers materially extended runtime per single fuel load through its combined battery and diesel architecture. With 13 kVA standby and 11.8 kVA prime power capacity, 3000 rpm operating speed, 231 V output and industrial liquid cooling, the platform delivers high efficiency for mobile base operations, communications infrastructure and other critical field applications.
