Turkey's second oil refinery opened

Azeri socar informed about this subject as follows: Turkey's Growing star STAR refinery, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and the two states with the participation of government representatives was opened with a grand ceremony. Star Refinery has an annual processing capacity of 10 million tons of crude oil.
