The duration of the natural gas (LNG) agreement signed between Turkey and Algeria in 1988 was extended for another 3 years. During this period, Turkey will continue to purchase 4.4 billion cubic meters of LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) annually from Algeria.'' Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Baytar announced this important development on his social media account.
