Turkey was the 5th biggest investor with €1.6bn in Europe

'In 2020 despite the COVID19 pandemic Europe invested €43bn in new wind farms in 2020. Germany invested the most in onshore wind. Turkey was the 5th biggest investor with €1.6bn in Europe. Turkey, Ireland and Belgium, all saw higher investments than previous years.'
