- Legal Basis: Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 2018/1046 Procurement award procedure applying to European Union external actions financed from the general budget of the European Union and the European Development Fund (EDF)
- Short description: The subject of the contract is supply, delivery, siting, installation, commissioning, testing, inspection, training and warranty services of 3 solar power plants to Adıyaman, Sivas and Isparta provinces of Turkey to increase utilisation of renewable and low-carbon energy production technologies of public utilities by supporting the pilot implementations of the municipalities.
