With the ENLIL project developed by Deveci Tech, Metrobus will now produce electricity while also carrying passengers. İTÜARI TEKNOKENT informed about the subject as follows: Metrobus stops with the system installed in the vehicle during the transition to catch the wind turbines, will provide enough energy to a city. This new metrobus system has become a symbol of Istanbul. The system, which is placed close to Topkapı Station and has been successful, is converting energy by capturing the wind that Metrobus creates during the transition. Turbines placed in the middle of a two-lane road can wind in both directions.
