AKSA Power Generation and Dagartech announced today the majority acquisition of shares of the Spanish company by AKSA Power Generation B.V.

The transaction aims to expand the capacity and volume to offer global power generation market high-quality, customized energy solutions and at the same time, commit to develop reliable and sustainable high-value-added solutions.
