''Our company's 100% subsidiary Otokar Europe S.A.S. has received the following orders within the content of the framework agreements signed with Consip S.P.A. (Italy Central Procurement Office) in 2021 and 2022;

•  28 units of 9.2 meters diesel Vectio UH and 30 units of 10.8 meters Kent CNG from Autolinee Toscane SPA with approximately 12.6 million EUR.

•  90 units of 10.8 meters Kent LF CNG from Regione Puglia Dipartimento Mobilita (Department of Transportation of the Puglia Region) with approximately 21.6 million EUR.

Deliveries within the scope of these orders are planned to be started in the second half of 2023 and completed in the first half of 2024 in batches.''
