GENERAL DIRECTORATE of CONSTRUCTION AFFAIRS (GDCA) TURKEY ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS PROJECT CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR ENERGY AUDITS, TECHNICAL DESIGNS AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION SERVICES FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY RENOVATIONS IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS


This request for expressions of interest follows the General Procurement Notice for this project that appeared in UNDB with reference no WB 8227-07/19.

Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings Project (EEPBP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The General Directorate of Construction Affairs (“GDCA”) of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change (MoEUCC) serves as the main implementing agency for the Project. A project implementation unit (PIU) has been established under GDCA to manage the activities related to the Project. The overall objective of EEPBP is to reduce energy use in central government buildings and develop a transition plan to develop and scale-up suitable sustainable financing and institutional mechanisms to support a national program. The implementation period for the project is planned as 6 years. Table 1 indicates the tasks to be provided under the scope of the consulting services (“the Services”).
