THIRD ADDENDUM TO RESETTLEMENT ACTION PLAN (RAP Add 3.0)
(For Additional UGS Wells, Other Permanent Facilities,
Connection Lines and Access Roads)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This 3rd Addendum to Resettlement Action Plan (RAP Add 3.0) has been prepared for the Gas Storage Expansion Project (hereafter referred to as “GSEP” or just “Project”) and covers the new components which were previously not covered in the RAP, 1st and 2nd Addendums to RAP. The additional components covered by this 3rd Addendum are new UGS wells, Distribution Point Surface Facility (DPSF-3), social facility, connection lines and access roads of these wells. Also, due to design change for ETL, 8 parcels are affected. Social facility will serve for accommodation of personnel, and will contain a library for use of BOTAS and the neighboring communities, a conference room, education and training facilities and sports complex. As the rationale for new wells will be detailed in the report, total of 30 new wells, 23 of which are located out of the Old License Area (UGS-80, UGS-81, UGS-82, UGS-83, UGS-84, UGS-85, UGS-86, UGS-87, UGS-88, UGS-89, UGS-90, UGS-91, UGS-92, UGS93, UGS-94, UGS-95, UGS-96, UGS-97, UGS-98, UGS-99, UGS-100, UGS-105 and UGS-106), 7 of which are located inside of the Old License Area (UGS-69, UGS-71, UGS-76, UGS-78, UGS-101, UGS-103 and UGS-104) have been included in scope of this Third Addendum. As the 2nd Addendum did not cover the connection lines between additional UGS wells, this 3rd RAP Addendum will cover all connection lines to be constructed between wells and 3 rd distribution point (DPSF-3) used as a manifold for field pipeline network....
