1.The Republic of Turkey has received financing from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB or the Bank) toward the cost of the Istanbul Seismic Risk Mitigation and Emergency Preparedness (ISMEP) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Works for Construction of ‘‘Phase-2 Works of Reconstruction of Prof. Dr. Cemil TAŞCIOĞLU City Hospital AIIB-WB1-YAPIM-01’’ which will be implemented by Istanbul Project Coordination Unit (IPCU).

2.Republic of Turkey, İstanbul Governorship, İstanbul Project Coordination Unit (IPCU), now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for “Phase-2 Works of Reconstruction of Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşcıoğlu City Hospital”. The project area is at Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşcıoğlu City Hospital (old name Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital) campus, covering the construction of the new hospital building 2 Blocks having 384 beds, 3 story Oncology Building, Conference Hall and Kindergarten with underground parking areas and all related civil, mechanical, electrical, landscape and infrastructural works as well as demolishing of the old buildings.
